As Stacy pointed out, the manager is actually tall blonde and very white, but that's not the point.<BR/><BR/>Not that I would recommend The Crescent to anyone, but they definitely don't need another racist like you living there. The manager is actually white! I've never heard such nonsense. I've experienced the best customer service here. Maybe, you should look inward to really evaluate what the problem really is. This community is, by far, one of the best in Baltimore. As for the previous comment... What do you expect? You're in a city full of black people!
